Please note that every extended health benefits plan is different, and direct billing may not be available for all services under your coverage.
Our clinic is unable to access the specific details of your plan, such as coverage amounts or remaining balances. We appreciate your understanding if we’re unable to submit your claim directly due to:
  • Restrictions within your plan
  • Temporary issues with billing portals
  • A provider audit or request for manual billing
Helpful Tip: Be sure to include your Policy Number and ID Number on your intake form. This ensures we can process your claim as quickly and smoothly as possible.

ICBC 車禍理賠申請

1. Report Your Injury to ICBC

  • After a motor vehicle accident, report your injury promptly to start your claim.
  • Prioritize your safety before contacting ICBC.
  • Get a claim number for any pre-approved treatments.

Ways to report:
Information to have on hand:
  • BC Services Card or online banking credentials
  • Driver’s license
  • Vehicle details
  • Crash information (date, time, location)
  • Photos or videos of the accident
  • Contact details for those involved or witnesses

2. Choose a Healthcare Provider and Start Your Treatment

Select a Healthcare Provider

  • Choose a provider covered by ICBC for your type of treatment.
  • This could be a doctor, physiotherapist, chiropractor, or other specialists approved under ICBC’s Enhanced Care program.
  • You don’t have to wait for ICBC’s approval for pre-approved treatments, but for anything beyond that, ICBC coordination may be required.

Start Your Treatment

  • Begin treatment as soon as possible to help recovery.
  • Your provider can communicate directly with ICBC regarding your treatment if needed.
  • Keep track of all treatment dates, invoices, and receipts for reimbursement purposes.
